Terms of Service

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These terms set out the rules for listing and managing spaces on 360SPACE.APP, including accounts, teams, plans and billing. Please read them carefully.

The short version

  • 360SPACE.APP is for business owners and their teams to list and run spaces. Guests book through partner apps.
  • Only list spaces you are authorized to manage, and keep your listings accurate.
  • You own your content. You let us show it on Explore and to booking partners.
  • Paid plans renew monthly. Cancel anytime; your plan runs to the end of the paid month.
  • If a renewal fails, you have 7 days to pay before your account is locked and listings go offline.
  • Deleted accounts can be restored by support for 30 days.

1.Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Xoom Enterprises (“360SPACE.APP”, “we”, “us”), the operator of 360SPACE.APP. By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use 360SPACE.APP on behalf of a business, you agree to these Terms for that business, and “you” means both you and the business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2.What 360SPACE.APP does

360SPACE.APP lets business owners list their spaces, such as cafés, hotels, campuses and event halls, publish them on Explore, and run them from the Control Center with their team.

We do not take bookings. Guests book through partner apps such as NYC360 and Régisseur. Any booking, payment or agreement between you and a guest is between you, the guest and that partner app, under their terms. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for it.

3.Eligibility and authority

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must have the authority to list and manage the spaces you add, and to act for the business you represent.
  • At sign-up you choose your account authority: Entity Principal, Primary Authorized Representative or Invited Delegated Representative. You confirm that the authority you choose is true. It cannot be changed later, because it decides who can approve changes, manage billing and assign authority.
  • You may not use the service if we have previously suspended or removed your account.

4.Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password secret and your account secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • Tell us right away at support@360space.app if you think someone has used your account without permission.
  • One person, one account. Do not share your sign-in with others; invite them to your workspace instead.

5.Workspaces and team members

The owner of a workspace can invite team members and give them roles and permissions. The owner always has full access. As an owner, you are responsible for the people you invite, the access you give them, and what they do in your workspace.

As a team member, you may use a workspace only within the permissions you were given and only for the business that invited you. The owner can change or remove your access at any time.

6.Listings and your content

“Your content” means everything you add to 360SPACE.APP, including listing details, photos, floor plans, policies and messages. You keep ownership of your content. You promise that:

  • your listings are accurate, current and not misleading, including location, capacity, amenities and policies;
  • you own or have permission to use every photo and piece of content you upload;
  • your spaces and your content comply with the law, including licensing, safety, accessibility and zoning rules.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, adapt (for example, resize photos) and distribute your content to run, promote and improve the service, including showing launched listings on Explore and sharing them with booking partners. This license ends when you remove the content or delete your account, except for copies kept in backups or as the law requires.

We may review, edit for formatting, hide or remove any listing or content that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe could harm users, guests or 360SPACE.APP.

7.Claiming a business

We may create unclaimed profiles for businesses from publicly available information, such as Google Maps, and invite their owners to claim them. Unclaimed profiles are not shown on Explore.

You may claim a business only if you own it or are authorized to manage it. When you claim a business you must give truthful information and proof, which our staff review. We may approve or reject a claim at our discretion, and we may remove a claim later if it turns out to be false. Making a false claim is a serious breach of these Terms.

8.Plans, billing and payments

  • Plans. We offer a Free plan and paid monthly plans (Starter, Professional and Business), plus Enterprise plans arranged with our sales team. Current prices and the limits of each plan are shown on our Pricing page. Plan limits are checked when you launch a listing or bring one back online.
  • Automatic renewal. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal.
  • Upgrades. When you upgrade, the new plan starts right away and you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current month.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in Plan & Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for and does not renew. You can resume before that date.
  • No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months and unused limits, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period while we retry the charge. If it is still unpaid after that, your account is locked: you and your team can only open Plan & Billing, and your listings are taken offline. Paying the open amount unlocks the account, and the listings that were live come back within your plan’s limits.
  • Price changes. We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
  • Taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.

9.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • list spaces you are not authorized to list, or impersonate a person or business;
  • post false, misleading, discriminatory, offensive or illegal content;
  • upload content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy;
  • use the service for spam, fraud, money laundering or any unlawful purpose;
  • scrape, copy or harvest data from the service, or access it with bots or automated tools other than ones we provide;
  • probe, test or break our security, get around plan limits or access controls, or interfere with the service or other users;
  • upload viruses or other harmful code;
  • resell, sublicense or reverse engineer the service, except where the law expressly allows it.

10.Third-party services

The service works with third-party services, such as Google sign-in, Google Maps, Stripe and partner booking apps. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and they may change or become unavailable.

11.Our intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, text, graphics and the 360SPACE.APP name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. We keep all other rights.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without paying you or owing you anything.

12.Suspension, cancellation and deletion

By you. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account in Account Settings. Deleting your account takes your listings offline and removes your access. The account is kept for 30 days, during which our support team can restore it on request; after that it is permanently deleted. Delete your account only after cancelling any paid plan you no longer want.

By us. We may suspend or block your account, take your listings offline, or end these Terms with you if you break these Terms, if your account is unpaid, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your use puts other users, guests or 360SPACE.APP at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Sections that by their nature should continue after these Terms end, including content licenses for backups, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, will continue.

13.Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that it will bring you bookings or revenue.

We do not verify every listing, and we are not responsible for the condition, safety, legality or quality of any space, or for the conduct of any owner, team member, guest or partner app.

14.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 360SPACE.APP and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, bookings, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the service or these Terms.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

15.Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 360SPACE.APP and its affiliates, officers and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your listings and spaces, your dealings with guests, your team members’ use of your workspace, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

16.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Before starting any formal claim, please contact us at support@360space.app so we can try to resolve it. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you keep any protections given to you by the mandatory laws of your country.

17.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. By continuing to use the service after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.

18.General

  • These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service, unless you have signed a separate Enterprise agreement with us, which takes priority where it differs.
  • If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
  • If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • We may send you notices by email to the address on your account or in the app.
